Woohoo hostal is in a fantastic location, just steps away from the shopping center. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, perfect for a couple wanting to explore. The staff were nice and they kept our luggage for free, a huge help!

Everything was really good at this economical hotel. The staff was willing to help and amazingly nice and very attentive. Our room was spotless, huge and equipped with AC, shower, for example. The breakfast food was brilliant and included coffee, tea, milk, toast and muffins. An underground station was close to the property. The stay was absolutely really really nice!

The location was ideal for exploring the city, with major attractions like Puerta del Sol and the Royal Palace just a short walk away. Despite the lack of air conditioning, I appreciated that I could open the window during the cooler nights, which helped a lot. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which was key for a light sleeper like me. Having only a fan and no toilet in the room made things a bit challenging, especially with noise from the street during the first night.

Check-in was a hassle since I arrived after hours and was stuck outside. The lack of air conditioning made it unbearably hot, leading to a restless night. And the room was cramped with no shower, disappointing.

Check-in can be tricky if arriving late, so plan accordingly. The location is great for accessing popular districts easily.

Great location near major sights with helpful staff. The room was newly renovated with good Wi-Fi and TV. The shared kitchen was an awesome perk, letting me make quick meals.

We stayed in a family room for two nights and loved how comfortable the beds were after our long days exploring the city. The location was perfect for visiting the Prado Museum, and my kids enjoyed the Netflix option during downtime.

My wife says that the kitchen could use some basic supplies for families.

Woohoo Hostal Madrid has an excellent location, just a short walk to the metro and major tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
